Refund Policy

Buy with confidence. Your purchase is backed up with a 14-day refund policy. Unlike some others in this industry, you are not locked into a contract. Simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase and you’ll receive a full refund.

Upon your request, we will process your refund and you will no longer have use of your calculator. However, should you decide to use the calculator, you can request a new activation key. We will be happy to issue a new activation key and invoice. You will once again have access to the calculator, and all information you entered previously will be intact.

IMPORTANT: 

Our calculators are standard Windows .exe programs designed for computers running Windows operating systems or Apple computers with a Microsoft Windows partition. You must also have Microsoft Excel (64-bit version). We can provide a 32-bit version upon request.


After purchase, you will see a link to download the software. You will also receive an email receipt containing your license. Download and unzip (extract) the .exe program file. Our company has been authenticated by Sectigo and our software is digitally signed. When the program runs, Windows will display a program security check and display our authenticated company name, Estates On Line LLC.


The first time the program runs it will ask for your license.  Enter the license in the email you received to activate your program.
